How can I order fine watches from Eupen?

1. Shopping cart

Select the products you would like to order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. This will add your selection to the shopping cart. The shopping cart will be displayed in a window that opens.

You open the shopping cart by clicking the icon at the top right.

You can now change this selection by changing the number of products or by clicking the "Remove" box to clear the selection.

By clicking the "Checkout" button you will go to the next ordering step.

Please register as a new customer.

Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations ( privacy policy ). It will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties.
If you are already registered, you can now select the shipping method.

By clicking the "Continue" button you will go to the next ordering step.

3. Select payment method

Click the desired payment method to select it.

Then click the "Next" button

4. Different delivery address

You can now specify a different delivery address.

Click "Enter different delivery address".
Click the link "create a new one here".
Complete the data and click "Save as new address".

Then click the button "Use this address".

Click the "or choose another address" link to choose an address other than the one shown.
Click "Change address" if you want to create a new address.

You can manage your addresses via your customer account. Click the icon at the top right and select "Addresses".

5. Check order data

Now check the selected products as well as the billing and delivery addresses in the overview of your order.

Please check that all information is correct and read the general terms and conditions and the cancellation policy carefully.

You can only proceed with the order if you agree to the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy (check the box).
In order to ship your order, we need to send your data to our shipping service provider. Please give your consent to this by checking the box.

If you would like to rate your order on Google My Business afterwards, select the option by checking the box.

If you would like to receive our newsletter, please check the box.

6. Order now and pay

By clicking the button " Order now and pay " you send your order to us.
You hereby submit a legally binding offer.

2. Check order data

If you place another order as a registered customer, your details will already be pre-selected. The data you previously selected will be used as the billing and delivery address and payment method.

As described in point 4 above, you can change the addresses and enter new addresses.

Once you have provided the requested information, proceed as described in point 6 above.
